Workshare provides the Workshare TRACE! Network appliance to organizations that want to evaluate their security, compliance and content risk. As part of the risk assessment service, the appliance provides visibility via an enterprise security dashboard. The dashboard report will list polices triggered, documents in motion, content security risks, and more.
The MC+A JumpStart Appliance is a feature rich hardware device that facilitates connections between a Google Search Appliance and other Enterprise portal and file-sharing systems. In addition, an Exchange Connector and parametric search functions have been added.
Software
The GSS is a solution framework that can help any web crawler discover content within a SharePoint 2001/2003/2007, WSS 2.0 or WSS3.0 site. We offer many different versions depending on the version of SharePoint which we offer for download here. The latest solution works for both the Google Search Appliance and Google Mini and is web based. Please contact us for information regarding other versions or if you have specific requirements or customizations. The GSS will also be bundled in our forthcoming MC+A Connector Appliance.
The SFGSA is a .NET based service that utilizes the Google Search Appliance Feeder API feeder which uses the SharePoint .NET APIs to crawl and feed meta-data-urls to a Google Search Appliance. This service feeder framework does not have the limitations caused by the SiteData web service bug. We offer many different versions depending on the version of SharePoint deployed. The MC+A Exchange Crawler is a solution framework that can provide indexing of Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003. A simple to use windows service can be employed to selectively pull information into your Google Search Appliance.
The MC+A Aqualogic Search is a solution framework that can provide indexing of BEA Aqualogic content libraries and portlets that provide secure search from within the BEA Aqualogic portal.
