Architecture
The GSS is deployed as a standard ASP.net 2.0 application. It uses remote API calls to query your SharePoint system and
builds lists of links which are presented to the Google web crawler for consumption. Using a
recursive process, it is able to pull content nested in subfolders, sub-sites and other lists.
Installation
The GSS can be installed in minutes using the installer or self configuration. Your administrator simply adds some configuration settings to the well document configuration file. Using standard IIS/ASP.NET security technologies it can adapter you IT security plan.
